Visiting CardCon last year was an amazing experience. I loved how many different types of vendors were at the event. I found cards I’d been hunting for and even stumbled across some new games I’d never tried before. It felt like a treasure hunt for any TCG fan.

I also spent hours playing Commander with friends in the free play area. CardCon was the perfect place to pick up new cards for my deck, test them out right away, and meet other players. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

FAQ

Do I need both an entrance ticket and a tournament ticket?

For all Main Event tournament tickets, venue access to CardCon is included. You do NOT need a Day or Weekend ticket if you bought a ticket for a Main Event tournament.
Only Side Event vouchers (drafts, pick a pack, etc) can be bought seperately and do not grant venue access.

When does a tournament ticket become available?

Release dates vary by organizer. We post ticket sale dates on our site as soon as we know them. Please revisit the site frequently to catch new tournament openings. You can also subscribe to our newsletter (see below) to receive regular updates.

Can I join a waiting list if a tournament ticket is sold out?

Depending on the tournament and organizer, we might use a waiting list or release extra tickets for the general audience. Please check the tournament’s page for details.

Can I register on-site as well?

For most Main Event tournaments, registration is only available during the presale. Side Event vouchers (drafts, pick a pack, etc) can be purchased during the presale and on-site.

Something came up, can I get a refund?

Day tickets and Side Event vouchers are non-refundable, but you can pass these on to others if you wish. We don’t check names for these tickets, so anyone can use them.

Tickets for tournaments (Main Event tickets) are non-transferable, what means that other players can’t use them. Each ticket has an unique name, email address and/or ID. These tickets can be refunded until the 19th of October, by sending an email to info@cardcon.eu (in English or Dutch).

After this date no ticket can be refunded.
